About GetFigure
GetFigure is a small UK online shop that turns photos into full-colour 3D figurines. We handle the order, preview and support from the UK. Every finished order is shipped from London.
Who we are
We built GetFigure for people who want a personal object without buying blind. The same business that takes your payment is responsible for the preview, the finished figurine, delivery and any problem after it arrives. Email contact@getfigure.co.uk and you reach the shop, not a marketplace.
How it is made
You send a clear photo. The personaliser creates a first 3D design that you can inspect on screen before you pay. We then prepare the production model and send the full preview for approval. A specialist overseas partner produces the full-colour resin print.
Our London quality check
The finished piece comes to London before it goes to you. We compare it with the approved preview, check the print, finish, base and small details, then ship it from London in protective packaging. We do not claim that the figurine is printed in the UK.
What we promise
- Nothing is printed until you clearly approve the preview.
- Human touch-ups are included after payment, usually with an updated preview within 24 hours.
- If the preview is not right, you can cancel for a full refund before approval.
- Printing and delivery take 7–14 days from approval.
- We use your photos to make and support your order. We do not use them in advertising without separate permission.
