Who sells the figurines

GetFigure is the seller and merchant of record for every physical figurine order made through getfigure.co.uk, design.getfigure.co.uk, mypukki.com and mybaddii.com. Payments, order confirmations, refunds and customer service for those orders are GetFigure’s responsibility.

MyPukki and MyBaddii are separate customer-facing brands. They are not separate sellers. An online store and checkout provider supplies the transaction technology. A manufacturing partner prints the figurine, and GetFigure ships it from London.

Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include taxes charged by GetFigure at checkout. UK delivery: no import fees. US: import duty may be charged by US Customs on arrival, and state or local sales tax may apply.

Complaints

Please email contact@getfigure.co.uk with your order number and a clear description of the problem. We will try to resolve it promptly. Nothing in this notice limits your statutory consumer rights.

Unless stated otherwise, GetFigure owns or licenses the text, artwork, branding, product models and software on its sites. You may use the sites for personal shopping and use any sharing tools as intended. You may not copy or commercially reuse the underlying assets or software without permission.
