What photo works best?

Upload one clear photo to create your first design. A phone photo is fine.

For a person

• Choose a well-lit photo at eye level, with the face visible.
• Include the full body and the outfit you want where possible.
• Use the original file without beauty filters or blur.

For couples and families

Use one group photo with everyone together and every face visible. The uploader accepts one image, so separate portraits cannot be combined here.

For a pet

Choose one clear photo showing the face, body and distinctive markings. Take it near the pet’s eye level.

Only have a difficult photo?

Email contact@getfigure.co.uk before starting and we’ll help you choose. If you have extra reference photos for a touch-up, email them with your order number. They cannot be added to the initial uploader.
