How does an order work?

Upload one photo, pick the design you like, then check your figurine in 3D before you pay. Add any touch-up notes with your order. After payment, we make the changes and ask you to approve the updated preview before printing.

Which photos work best?

Use a clear front-facing photo at eye level in ordinary daylight. Keep the face large in the frame. The uploader accepts one image, so choose a full-body photo with a clearly visible face when possible. Read the photo guide for examples.

Do I pay before seeing the design?

Our design tool shows you your figurine in 3D before you pay anything. You pay only after your personalised preview is ready to add to the basket.

Can I request changes?

Yes. Human touch-ups are included with your paid order. Tell us what needs fixing before checkout. We usually email the updated preview within 24 hours and wait for your explicit approval before printing.

How long does delivery take?

Printing and delivery take 7–14 days from approval. The clock starts when you approve, not when you first upload a photo.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the United Kingdom and United States. Tracked UK delivery is included. US delivery is £23.99. UK delivery: no import fees. US: import duty may be charged by US Customs on arrival, and state or local sales tax may apply.

Where is it made?

GetFigure is a UK business. A specialist overseas partner produces the full-colour resin print. Every finished order is shipped from London.

Can I return a personalised figurine?

You can cancel for a full refund before preview approval. After an approved personalised item enters production, it cannot normally be returned because you changed your mind. This does not affect your legal rights if it is faulty, damaged, unsafe or materially different from the approved preview.

What happens if it arrives damaged?

Email contact@getfigure.co.uk within 30 days with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will provide the remedy required by law, which may be a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

Is it safe for children?

No. It is a collectible display piece, not a toy, and is not suitable for children under 14. It may contain small parts and can break into sharp pieces if dropped or crushed. Read the product safety notice.

How do I care for it?

Keep it indoors, out of direct sunlight and away from strong heat. Dust it gently with a soft dry cloth. Do not soak it or use polish or cleaning sprays.

Can couples or families use separate photos?

Not yet. Use one clear photo with everyone together and every face visible.

Can you make pets?

Yes. Upload one clear photo showing the pet’s face, body and markings, taken near its eye level. Extra reference photos for a touch-up can be emailed with your order number.
